Specialized agency is looking for a versatile mid-level creative resource manager to serve as the link between a well known top entertainment brands and agency in the successful execution and delivery of all creative projects including digital, traditional, animation and environmental.
Working under Creative Operations Director, you will help bring clarity and structure to a fast-paced creative environment; helping the teams operate both smoothly and timely.
This is a contract to perm position and needs to be a US candidate. Remote to start and eventually hybrid in either NY or LA.
Gain great exposure working under leadership and closely with creative teams, strategists helping to manage process between creative, well known entertainment brands and venders.
Other Responsibilities:
- Help manage all freelance and FT resourcing across the creative teams
- Be able to forecast short-term / long-term staffing needs based on pipeline, new business, and upcoming briefs
- Build a pipeline of freelance talent across disciplines (traditional, production, digital, project managers, copy, etc)
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly resourcing needs/schedules with leadership
- Help improve the centralized studio resourcing tool
- Serve as primary contact for staffing questions and hiring needs across agency teams
- Partner with leadership to identify gaps and help improve process
- Work closely with HR creating new job descriptions, hiring and growth plans
- Constantly monitor the teams workload and ensure a distribution of equal projects to prevent burnout
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field preferred, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of creative project management or resource management in an agency setting
- Advanced Project Management Software
- Fluency of creative project best practices, industry standards, and compliance, requirements
- Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to develop highly effective relationships, internally and externally
- Positive attitude with focus on the success of the team over individual accomplishments
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to juggle needs of multiple teams, personalities, and deadlines
- Passion for innovation and collaboration
