Industrial Maintenance Technician

$85,000 - $100,000 annually

Full-time | Overtime and on-call as needed

LINK Staffing is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician in Houston, TX.

This role supports safe and efficient operations by maintaining and repairing plant equipment, warehouse facilities, building systems, and fleet assets in an industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and identify maintenance needs
• Complete preventive maintenance such as servicing, lubrication, and condition monitoring
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues
• Maintain building systems including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, overhead doors, fencing, gates, and yard areas
• Keep accurate repair and maintenance records
• Track needed parts and supplies
• Coordinate with outside vendors for specialized repairs
• Follow safety procedures, including LOTO , and help maintain a clean work area

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Technical training or certification preferred
• Minimum 10 years of industrial maintenance or mechanical repair experience
• Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
• Working knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical systems
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Preventive maintenance knowledge required
• ISO 9001:2015 experience is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Must comply with PPE and safety requirements
