Brand Media Senior Specialist

Location: Remote (Minnesota preferred)

Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours/week

Start Date: Week of April 20, 2026, Contract through the end of September 2026

Our hearing aid client is seeking a Brand Media Senior Specialist to join the marketing team on a temporary, part-time basis during a team member leave. This role is ideal for a media professional who is highly organized, analytical, and execution-focused, with strong experience in linear TV and performance-driven media.

This position will support the day-to-day execution, reporting, and optimization of national TV media efforts, with a strong emphasis on agency management, budget tracking, performance analysis, and cross-functional communication. The right candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing details with accuracy, and turning campaign data into clear updates and actionable recommendations.

What You’ll Do

• Manage day-to-day communication with media agencies to ensure deliverables are completed on time and at a high standard.
• Track media budgets, spend, billing, and reallocations across active campaigns.
• Monitor and report on weekly performance data including spend, call volume, GRPs, reach, and other campaign metrics.
• Analyze incoming agency reports and organize data into clear, actionable performance recaps.
• Identify underperforming tactics and partner with agencies to optimize campaign performance.
• Translate media data into concise narratives, key takeaways, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Provide regular reporting updates to marketing and performance leadership.
• Help ensure accountability around campaign reporting, follow-ups, and TV performance deliverables.
• Support trafficking of creative assets to networks as needed.
• Use Power BI and related reporting tools to manage, interpret, and communicate performance results.

What We’re Looking For

• Several years of experience in media planning and buying, especially in linear TV , DRTV , and Upfronts .
• Strong understanding of national broadcast media and performance-driven campaign measurement.
• Experience managing media agencies and holding partners accountable for reporting, recommendations, and results.
• Ability to interpret lower-funnel performance metrics, not just awareness metrics.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Clear communicator who can distill complex performance data into practical insights.
• Comfort working independently in a remote environment and managing deadlines across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Power BI and media reporting tools preferred.
• Agency experience strongly preferred.
