Job Title: Senior Full Stack Developer

Duration: 24 Months

Overview:

We are seeking a Senior-Level Developer with strong expertise in SQL Server, API development, .NET, and Power BI to support the Paratransit Technology Solution (PTS) Project. This role is responsible for managing SQL Server databases, stored procedures, jobs, analytics, and reports, as well as developing .NET applications, integrating with cloud-based vendor systems via APIs, and creating dynamic Power BI dashboards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle—design, development, testing, implementation, and support—and will be comfortable collaborating with both business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain SQL Server stored procedures, ETL processes, and scheduled jobs
  • Migrate and synchronize data between on-premise legacy systems and vendor-hosted cloud databases using APIs
  • Develop and consume APIs to support system integration and data exchange
  • Build interactive Power BI dashboards and reports for business analytics and performance monitoring
  • Design and support .NET applications as needed for front-end or backend solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across supported technologies

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. 5+ years of experience with SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning)
  2. 5+ years of experience in API development and integration
  3. 5+ years of .NET development (C#, ASP.NET, or related frameworks)
  4. 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Power BI
  5. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  6. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
