Overview

Join our dynamic team as a seasoned  Residential & Commercial HVAC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic abilities, experience working on a variety of residential & commercial equipment, and a commitment to safety and quality workmanship with strong customer communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, repair, and maintain  residential and commercial HVAC systems , including air conditioning units, rooftop units, split systems, chillers, and boilers.
• Perform  routine inspections, preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration issues.
• Perform  refrigerant diagnostics, leak detection, recovery, and charging in accordance with EPA regulations.
• Read and interpret  blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals .
• Maintain detailed service records, complete reports, and document in  Service Titan
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding system conditions and recommended repairs.
• Follow all safety procedures, local codes, and company policies.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions

Skills

• Proven experience as a service technician with a strong background in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Knowledge of construction practices related to HVAC system installation and property maintenance.
• Ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and HVAC design documents accurately.
• Mechanical knowledge covering refrigeration systems, boiler operation, appliance repair, welding techniques, and general equipment repair.
• Experience working with field service operations across commercial and residential properties; excellent problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with plumbing systems associated with HVAC setups; understanding of ammonia refrigeration or HVAC/R systems is a plus.
