Position Background:
We are seeking to hire a Research Analyst to support the development of research output, provide support for gathering and analyzing market data, and to help interpret this information to identify trends in the market. This position sits in our San Diego office and works with the national Investments team.
The position provides exposure to a full spectrum of duties within a fast-growing real estate development and management firm. As such, the position demands a dedicated individual with excellent attention to detail, facility with numbers, good people skills, and the ability to prioritize, multi-task, work independently, and solve problems.
