JOB TITLE: Project Manager II

DURATION: Longterm contract

LOCATION: On-site 5 days a week in Bentonville, AR

HOURLY RATE: $50/hr

ROLE OVERVIEW

Insight Globals client is seeking a data driven, analytical Project Manager II to support business and operational initiatives. This role focuses heavily on financial tracking, KPI reporting, and performance analysis. The position supports decision making through data rather than leading traditional task-based project delivery. The ideal candidate understands how money flows through a business and can translate data into clear insights. Experience with SAP or Walmart internal workstreams is strongly preferred.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 2 - 4+ years of project or program management experience
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects with moderate to high complexity
• Strong understanding of project execution and stakeholder communication
• Ability to maintain accurate timelines, reporting, and documentation
• Experience working with third party vendors and cross functional business teams
• High attention to detail and strict adherence to established processes
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience using Lucernex, Quick Base (Phoenix), Service Channel, and SharePoint
• Demonstrated experience building reports, tracking KPIs, and managing budgets or forecasts

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience working in a retail, facilities, or operational environment
• Prior exposure to Walmart workstreams or enterprise retail operations
• SAP experience focused on reporting, financial data, or performance tracking

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own project and program level financial tracking, including budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis
• Build and maintain data driven reports and dashboards for leadership using SAP and related tools
• Track and analyze KPIs to measure operational and business performance
• Partner closely with Finance, Operations, and cross functional Walmart teams
• Support forecasting and budget management by identifying risks, trends, and opportunities
• Translate complex financial and operational data into actionable insights
• Ensure reporting consistency and data integrity across Walmart systems and processes
