Heeter is now seeking a creative, detail-oriented, customer focused Production Coordinator & Pre-press Designer to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating across departments, and is passionate about creating high-quality visual content. This position would work closely with our customer service and pre-press production operations teams to complete projects in a timely and efficient manner. 

Position is full-time and 100% on-site at our Duquesne, PA facility.

To be effective in this role you must be:

· Detail oriented and organized as the position requires coordination of small to large jobs for customers while using our internal software (Pace),

· Using Adobe design skills be able to ensure all font, color page layout, margin, image issues are resolved and prepare file for production,

· A patient worker wanting to master a process while learning,

· Willing to be active and hands on within a busy production environment when needed,

· Able to effectively communicate with internal partners status updates and details in a clear, concise and action-oriented manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Support the Customer Service process with ensuring internal communication is effective, writes job tickets to ensure production team has all information to ensure success: identify client brand rules, job specifications, design requirements, material, quality, quantity, delivery requirements and timeline.

· Create customer electronic files and designs for output within wide-format production.

· Hands-on support of production environment when needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and Pre-Press software,

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment,

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills,

· Highly organized with attention to detail,

· Willing and flexible approach to work while working hands-on within a production environment.

Essential Functions:

• Activity: Sitting and working at a computer and using phone communications up to 8 hours per day. Ability to push, pull, lift or carry up to 10 lbs occasionally. 
• Work Environment: Heeter maintains a safe and clean front office environment. 
• Visual Acuity: Ability to read and distinguish small print, depth perception, color perception.

Compensation details: 17-17.5 Hourly Wage
