Role Description

This is a full-time, off-site role for an Outside Sales Representative located in Decatur, TX. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer relationships, delivering effective sales presentations, and identifying opportunities for new business development to meet sales targets. Daily tasks include engaging with clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service, and accurately representing the company’s construction equipment offerings. The role requires diligent documentation of sales activities and regular reporting on progress toward performance goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Sales Presentations and effectively communicating product value propositions
• Proven ability in building and maintaining trusted customer relationships
• Exceptional Customer Service capabilities with a proactive approach to addressing client needs
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Experience in New Business Development and identifying growth opportunities
• Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently
• Prior experience in construction equipment sales or a related field is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Sales, or a related field is an advantage
• Ability to travel locally for client visits as required
• Valid driver’s license is required
