Role Description

Impression Homes is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support marketing efforts across our new home communities in the DFW area. This role will help drive community visibility, support sales teams, and coordinate marketing initiatives including events, signage, and digital content..

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Community Marketing & Field Support

• Coordinate marketing efforts across communities in partnership with Sales team
• Support community launches, promotions, and ongoing marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate up-to-date records of key community information

Signage Manage

• Coordinate ordering, installation, and maintenance of all community signage
• Oversee entrance, directional, model, and inventory signage
• Maintain a master inventory and location log of all signage
• Map signage placement to ensure visibility and brand consistency
• Coordinate with signage vendors and installers
• Ensure compliance with all local signage regulations and ordinances

Local & Realtor Engagement & Events

• Assist with planning and executing events, including realtor and grand opening events, lunches, and sponsorships
• Support relationships/engagements with developers, realtors, etc.

Marketing Materials & Content

• Coordinate marketing materials, content updates, and vendor relationships

Market Research & Reporting

• Conduct basic market research and track marketing performance (KPIs)

Project Management & Coordination

• Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion of marketing deliverables

Administrative & Budget Support

• Assist with budget tracking, invoices, and administrative tasks

Digital Marketing Support

• Support the digital marketing efforts including social media, website updates, and email campaign

REQUIREMENTS

• 3–5 years of marketing experience required
• Homebuilding or real estate experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Experience with events, vendors, and marketing coordination
• Familiarity with social media, websites, and email marketing tools
• Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
