Kai Executives are recruiting for a highly-regarded law firm doing sophisticated middle-market M&A - think PE buyouts, strategic acquisitions, growth investments, and sell-side representations across entertainment, tech, consumer, healthcare, and aerospace.
Join lean deal teams (partner + associate + paralegal). Draft and negotiate SPAs, asset purchase agreements, LLC agreements, stockholder agreements, NDAs, and ancillary docs. You're on client calls from day one, coordinating closings, and working directly with partners who mentor through live deals.
