Job Description

Bar & Restaurant Manager — 45 hrs/week, $60K+ DOE, 2 days off

We’re opening our 5th location in Clear Lake, and looking for someone who actually wants to run a bar—not just babysit one.

This is Houston. It gets busy, it gets loud, and it doesn’t run itself. You’ll be on the floor, leading from the front, handling real situations, and making the place better every day. If you’re looking for a clipboard and an office, this isn’t it.

What the job really is:

  • You’re responsible for the bar. Not just when it’s easy—always.
  • You’ll lead a team that needs direction, accountability, and consistency.
  • You’ll deal with real issues: staffing, customer complaints, slammed weekends, slow midweeks.
  • You’ll work about 45 hours a week. Not 60. Not 30. About 45.
  • You get two days off every week. We mean that.

What we care about:

  • You show up when you say you will.
  • You follow through.
  • You don’t pass problems off to someone else.
  • You can hold people accountable without being a jerk.
  • You take pride in running a clean, organized, high-energy bar.

What we don’t care about:

  • Corporate buzzwords
  • How many “programs” you’ve implemented
  • Fancy resumes that don’t match real-world ability

Pay & Benefits:

  • $60K+ depending on experience (and how good you actually are)
