Job Description

D3 Search is currently seeking a ServiceNow Full Stack Developer on behalf of a respected AMLAW ranked global practice with its headquartered offices located in Los Angeles, CA (90017).

Employer Work Model:

This is a fully remote position; however candidate must reside within a commutable & realistic distance from the downtown Los Angeles, CA office (90071).

Position Summary :

The ServiceNow Full Stack Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and integrations that support the firm’s business processes. This role requires strong technical expertise across the ServiceNow platform (front-end and back-end), including scripting, module development, and integration engineering. The developer will work with internal IT teams to troubleshoot issues, deliver enhancements, and ensure operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations (front-end and back-end).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within ServiceNow, ensuring incidents are followed through to resolution.
  • Collaborate with IT Support, Security, Networking, Systems, Applications, and Management teams to deliver cross-functional solutions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of development work, incidents, and resolutions for future reference and reporting.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to support staff.
  • Stay current with the latest ServiceNow features, best practices, and IT service management trends.

Periodic Responsibilities:

  • Respond to after-hour support requests within firm-defined service levels.
  • Work with IT team members on testing new ServiceNow features, updating technical documentation, and submitting new knowledge base articles.
  • Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new ServiceNow modules and third-party integrations.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience developing and supporting ServiceNow applications in a large enterprise environment.
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), UI development, and integration technologies (REST, SOAP, etc.).
  • Proficiency in ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or other ServiceNow modules.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Desired Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or similar certification.
  • Experience in legal or professional services environments preferred.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, including the ability to interact effectively with internal teams in a calm and professional manner, especially under pressure.
  • Ability to quickly learn new ServiceNow features and related technologies.

Annual Salary/Compensation & Health Benefits:

Starting annual salary/comp. is 130K | DOE/DOQ plus a comprehensive health benefits package, generous PTO, paid parking onsite, high functioning & tenured support staff, annual reviews, etc.
