We have offices in Boston, Massachusetts; Wilmington, Delaware; and San Mateo, California, and would also be open to discussing a remote working arrangement for the right candidate who is based somewhere else. There is no face-time requirement and attorneys are free to work from home or come into one of the firm’s office.
The successful candidate will join a small community of litigators working on cutting-edge matters in a progressive, welcoming, and collaborative atmosphere. She or he should be an excellent writer and creative thinker with a strong academic record. We're looking for someone with the credentials to work at a large corporate defense firm who would rather sue corporations and CEOs than represent them.
We represent investors in class actions across the country. The firm’s recent successes include achieving the largest class settlement to date on behalf of investors in a so-called “initial coin offering” of cryptocurrency and playing a prominent role in achieving a $175 million settlement in derivative litigation against directors of McKesson Corporation arising from that company’s violations of the Controlled Substances Act in connection with the opioid epidemic. The firm is also litigating claims stemming from Vince McMahon’s decision to sell WWE to his long-standing friend, Ari Emanuel.
